This is a 1985 Hino Rainbow Bus For Sale. We bought it for a new school run which shortly after upgraded to a bigger bus. It is fully air-conditioned with a brilliant Self Powered A/C unit which can be run whilst waiting for passengers without wasting fuel running the main engine. It has tinted windows, and has one of the quickest cool down times of any of our coaches. It has a standard H07C upright 6 cylinder engine with brilliant power, no small 4 cylinder here. Will accelerate to over 100km/h very easily, making overtaking a breeze, even with a full load. Good modern velour upholstery. Also has a Drivers DVD player which could be easily extended to include a passengers screen. Very good Clean Skin Tyres. If we had to pick anything, then it would be fair to say that the paint could do with a polish, the paint's not faded or blemished, it just needs a polish. Is very straight and only has minimal rust where the gutters are bonded. We can't be any more honest than that. Is privately registered, so if you live in WA you can transfer straight into your name and put it straight to work. It is a very standard bus, and all these models from 1985 through 1988 were basically the same bus, same windscreens, engines etc. But this one has Australian Windscreens & Standard off the shelf headlights, the later model had units that were specific only to the later model bus, and expensive to replace. The last DOT inspection was Feb 2010.
